Interesting. it seems tat most people want more Old Dog/ a new creator owned! Glad you liked the interview, I have done interviews with TBT creators in the issues. With the book wrapping, maybe I'll do more here.
Ah, I mean, a proper run at Batman would be a dream DC book. Otherwise, maybe Green Lantern, or Jonah Hex.
I loved the latest issue and thing the series is quite literally better with each issue. This was the best after the previous best. That’s why I voted for more Old Dog.
I'm glad you feel that way, I feel the same, that each issue is better than the last. Curious what you'll think of the next one!
No actual cons planned over the summer outside of a European Festival in June (will say more in the next newsletter I'd imagine). Only other conventions I'm definitely doing tihs year are NYCC and a couple of Italian shows
I think, once the characters settled in, I was hooked. That's why, with the next issue and run, I'm sure I'll be all-in; an interesting group of characters will hook anyone. Doesn't hurt that the plot is interesting and the visuals are perfect for the story.
If I can't have more of that right away, I think I'd like to see a Marvel book? If that's the palette-cleanser you need to get back to OD, I'm sure I'll love it, too.
Look, just keep doing what you like and I'll follow. Don't burn out.
Re: the poll, damn, how about all of the above? I would like to see more creator-owned stuff personally, but I'm not gonna lie, I'm intrigued by the idea of you doing a DC book.
I really appreciate that Dallas! Yeah, I just need a break from the self generated GRIND of the past year but don't worry, I'm not done with Old Dog by any means. I think I need a bit of distance to figure out what I'm doing with it in future.
Yeah all good, I definitely get it! My vote would then be something creator owned! Your created work has always been my favourite. Your big 2 work is good but your creator owned is next level! Can’t wait to read/see what you come up with on your “sabbatical“!
Are project Fear and Miner the same project? I am very intrigued. cant wait to learn more and who the artist is. Glad to hear from you, I hope your rest in June is restful and you come back rejuvenated.
No, FEAR is a short story I'm writing, MINER is say... a one-shot I'm writing and drawing, so both will be wrapped by the end of July, so thinking beyond that...
I voted for a new creator owned but like Renton, I'm curious what a DC book. Do you have a dream DC project?
The interview was great! I would definitely like more of these.

Wow, that’s a DC book i didn’t know i needed; but I do now. I’d love to see your take on Jonah Hex meandering on those landscapes you craft so well.
Yeah, would be very cool to do, I think
Awesome! That conversation was fun and interesting to read.

I voted Marvel to see if you can get a Daredevil gig you always wanted.
That would also be great.

HA, 'All' sounds good, just can't do them all at the same time :P
Yeah I've only short stints at DC, not a whole book. Would be cool.
I voted for Old Dog. I know you “want” a break but it’s the best thing (in my opinion) you are putting out. I can’t wait for issue 5!

That's so encouraging to hear man, thank you!
